Information on our apartment

Magnolia 3 is a luxurious garden apartment providing 72sq.m of living area which includes two double bedrooms, one with double bed and on-suite facilities, the other twin bedded. The master bedroom leads directly on to the patio area where you can enjoy breakfast alfresco style. From here it is a few steps through the small garden to the pool area and communal gardens where you will find sun-loungers and parasols for your use.

The apartment is open plan and includes a fully fitted kitchen, a handy internal dining area and a god sized living space with large patio doors onto the pation and pool area. THe apartment has two sofas, one a 3-seater, occaisional tables and a 28" TV.

The apartment patio has fabulous views of the Bay of Gulluk which nestles in the warm Aegean Sea while Lake Tuzla and the mountains stretch south. Just across the lake is Vita Park Golf Course which by car is just a few mminutes drive away.
